职位描述：
职责描述：
1、 主导obc, dcdc相关产品机构部分从概念到量产的开发。catia建模与详细的设计绘图。主导工程变更。
lead obc, dcdc relative product mechanical development from concept to sop. solid modeling with catia, create detailed drawing. lead engineering change.
2、 负责obc，dcdc相关产品热管理设计，cae、cfd相关软件建模和分析。
responsible for thermal management of obc, dcdc，cae,cfd simulations and analysis.
3、 与项目管理、质量、验证部门紧密合作
work closely with project management, quality, validation departments for product solutions.
4、 与 sqe、采购、工厂和供应商紧密合作, 寻求全球支持
work closely with sqe, buyer, plant and supplier for global support.
5、 管理优化机构方案成本
manage and optimize mechanical bom cost
6、 参与项目技术review会议，监控和推动项目的开发，并及时协调解决项目出现的问题
organize project technical review meetings, monitor and promote project development, and coordinate and solve problems in time
7、 协助生产线规划，试生产过程中的问题分析与改进
support production line planning, problem analysis and improvement in trial production process
任职要求：
1、5年以上obc, dcdc量产开发经验；
more than 5 years obc, dcdc production development experience
2、熟练并运用cae、cfd工具，分析和解决问题
good skills in cae, cfd simulation to analysis and solve problem
3、熟悉汽车产品开发流程，熟悉ts16949、熟悉apqp、dvp、fmea；
familiar with the automotive product development process, familiar with ts16949, familiar with apqp, dvp, fmea
4、良好的英语听说读写能力和国际团队协作能力，较强的抗压能力
